90-Minute Kickstarter: Weβll set the stage by getting clear on your intentions and how weβll work together to reach your vision. Youβll also begin work on your unique 'Matrescence Map' that will guide the rest of our sessions.
5 x 1-Hour Coaching Sessions: Weβll meet roughly every fortnight over Zoom as you work through the programme milestones.
Wing-Mama Pocket Support: Youβll have ongoing support from me between sessions. Whether you want to share wins, offload wobbles, or seek accountability, Iβm just a message away, ready to cheer you on. (Available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
